Located in the colonial heart of Kampot, nestled on the banks of the Teuk Chhou River, overlooking where the jungle covered Elephant Mountains run down to the sea, you find our beautifully designed terrace restaurant. We serve only the best food made with the freshest ingredients. Our ethos is to preserve the rich culinary history of the Khmers with some of the country’s finest local dishes, as well as to give a taste of home with excellent international food.

The head chefs are of the new breed of up and coming highly talented Khmer chefs. They, and their team, take massive pride in spreading the flavours of their country’s exquisite cuisine to our visitors, through their creations.

Here at Rikitikitavi we take great care only to provide delicious meals cooked to exacting standards in our modern, hygienic kitchen. Our sous chefs scour the markets each morning for the finest local fruits and vegetables, with bread fresh from a local bakery, or baked in house. Our meat is from a European butcher in Phnom Penh, or imported, and kept in generator backed up deep freezes to ensure only the highest, safest quality. Fish and sea food are from the local fishing fleet as it docks at dawn, and we buy only the best. Due to the ever changing nature of the catch and its quality, we only offer seafood on our specials board.

The balcony bar at Rikitikitavi is an ideal place to unwind with a drink during the heat of the day, or to relax with a cocktail as the sun goes down behind the mountain in a glorious blaze of colour.

Our bar is comprehensively stocked with spirits, wines as well as some fantastic, icy cold, local and international beers. We are also proud to have an extensive selection of Scottish single malt whiskeys to enjoy, as well as a broad selection of international whisky.

We regularly offer 2 for 1 cocktails between 4pm and 6pm. We take huge pride in the quality of our cocktails, and we only use top brands to make them, not the cheap knockoffs so commonly used in Cambodia.

Our wine selection has been carefully chosen by a sommelier to go well in the tropics, and as such is predominantly made up of New World wines. We have a broad selection of reds, whites and rosé at reasonable prices to be enjoyed on their own, or with a meal. We serve house wine, a delightful Chilean, by the glass if required.

We also provide an icy collection of fizzy pops, long coolers and yummy fresh fruit drinks and shakes made with both local and imported fruit. Our berry and ice cream shakes are beyond scrumptious and a long term favourite.
